Wisdom is better than money because money buys moments of happiness, but wisdom makes us live happily. Someone once said that "whoever says that money buys everything is selling out". Money can't buy everything. True happiness is not for sale. It is experienced only in God and the wise know this. Wisdom is better than money because money only protects, but wisdom gives life to its possessor. Some people think that life is all about having. The sacred text above says: "the profit of wisdom is that it gives Life to its possessor". Wisdom is Jesus. Money sustains the body, not the soul. Wisdom sustains the soul. Shade is for refreshment, which is Jesus. The wisdom that is Jesus gives life to its possessor. Jesus came to bring us life. We were dead in sin.
