He directs us to the right people, at the right times, so that we can be His instruments to carry the message of the gospel. The story of Philip and the eunuch teaches us to be sensitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit. He speaks to us in different ways: through Bible reading, prayer, intuition, wise counsel and even circumstances that lead us to certain places or people.
